THE GAME

01 / 06

Light is a resource.
Every route matters.

An isometric survival experience built around movement, timing and a finite flame.

Concept illustration of the intended isometric gameplay presentation.
VISUAL DEVELOPMENT · NOT A SCREENSHOT OF THE PLAYABLE BUILD
DARK FANTASY · ISOMETRIC

A simple premise.
A constant decision.

01

Preserve your light

Your flame is finite. Keep track of the remaining reserve and weigh the cost of moving, waiting and taking a detour.

02

Read the space

The elevated camera makes paths, threats and objectives visible together. Choose a route and time your movement around danger.

03

Rekindle old lanterns

Restore lanterns and complete the level objective before your own light runs out. Each decision belongs to the same light-driven loop.

04

Learn, then try again

Understand the danger, adjust your approach and improve your route. Clear feedback and readable spaces are central to the intended experience.

THE PLAYER EXPERIENCE

Tension.
Clarity.
Atmosphere.

A dead world with a readable path through it.

The environment supports the play: abandoned structures, stark silhouettes and small pools of warmth make the player’s light feel valuable. The atmosphere comes through abandoned spaces and restrained visual cues.

The visual overhaul preserves the existing mechanics. The goal is stronger expression and clearer feedback, not a larger feature list.
